Helen

Helen is the founder, the owner and the managing director of Deilamy

Helen is originally from Newcastle. Her early career was in IT having completed a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, she ventured to London in early 2006 and worked for WPP Group in London and in Sydney. In 2012 Helen set up Surrey Flexi Apartments (who then became Deilamy). Since then it has grown to become one of the largest independent serviced apartment agencies in Woking.

Helen prides herself in her passionate and heartfelt drive to serve her clients’ best interests. She is dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed to finding the perfect fit, for her clientele. Her devotion and unparalleled customer service has resulted in a continuously expanding network of loyal clients and referrals. Passionate to her craft, she continuously seeks to stay ahead of the game when it comes to serviced apartments market education and trends.

Ali

Ali is head of Operations and Customer Service at Deilamy

Ali is originally from Mallorca. Having completed a BA (Hons) in Marketing he worked for Bloomberg LP as a Sales Manager for 23 years in both London and Sydney.

In 2017 he decided to join Helen in expanding the business and its day to day running.

Ali brings with him a wealth of experience and is responsible for customer service after extensive corporate travel during the last 20 years.
